WARRANTY OF PRODUCTS

• Product purchase from MVR Technology (M)Sdn Bhd
• Manufacturing defects of defect arising from normal usage for the period of 12months from date of purchase. Any part replaced shall become the property of MVR Technology (M) Sdn Bhd.
• In the event of failure to present warranty sticker, MVR Technology (M)Sdn Bhd. Have the right to decline any warranty claim.
• This warranty does not cover those parts subject to wear and tear and will be void if:
  • Particulars on warranty sticker are altered in any manner whatsoever.
  • The serial no. or the warranty sticker on the product removed, tempered with rendered illegible.
  • The product has not been use in normal condition it was intended for or in accordance with the operation instruction.
  • The damage is directly or indirectly cause by attack of household pets, wrong voltage, flood, fire, theft, lightning, any convulsion of nature or failure to follow operational instructions.
  • Product is being repaired, tempered with altered or modified in any way by unauthorized person or technicians.
• MVR reserves all right to change without prior notification.
